At Zamirix Services Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering high-quality web development, design, hosting, and digital services. This Refund Policy explains the conditions, timelines, and process under which refunds may be granted.

1. Cancellation of Services
  • If a project has not yet started, you may request cancellation and receive a full refund of any advance payment.

  • If the project has already started, the refund amount will be calculated based on the work completed until the cancellation date.

  • If 70% or more of the project is completed, or final deliverables have been provided/approved, no refund will be issued.

2. Eligibility for Refund

You may be eligible for a refund if:

  1. You cancel the project before substantial progress has been made.

  2. Zamirix Services Pvt. Ltd. fails to deliver the service as described in the proposal or agreement.

  3. A duplicate or accidental payment has been made.

Refunds will not be granted for:

  • Change of mind after accepting the project

  • Third-party service charges (domain, hosting, plugins, themes, licenses, etc.)

  • Completed and delivered milestones or approved designs/assets

3. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must send a written request to:

  • Your full name

  • Project/Order ID

  • Reason for refund

  • Supporting documents such as screenshots, emails, agreements, etc.

We will review the request and respond within the timeline mentioned below.

4. Deductions Applicable

If your refund is approved, we may deduct:

  • Charges for work already completed

  • Third-party charges (domains, hosting, tools, licenses, etc.)

  • Payment gateway transaction fees, where applicable

5. Refund Timeline (Important Notice)

This section fulfills the requirement to update minimum and maximum refund timelines.

Minimum Refund Timeline

Refund request review will begin within 5 business days from the date we receive your refund request.

Maximum Refund Timeline

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original mode of payment.

Note: The final credit of funds depends on your bank or payment provider. Any delays from their end are beyond our control.

6. Non-Refundable Charges

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain purchases

  • Hosting plans

  • SSL certificates

  • Software, plugin, or theme licenses

  • Any service already delivered or accepted by the client

7. Force Majeure

Zamirix Services Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including technical issues, server outages, natural disasters, or third-party failures.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Updated versions will be posted on our website with a new effective date.
